Before booking your introductory session, please read carefully through the following:
Payment is required via bank transfer within 24 hours of a booked session.
To qualify for a 10% discount for five sessions, payment is required in advance via bank transfer.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of sessions, otherwise full payment is required. Frequent cancellation may result in termination of support.
If payment is not received, then any future booked sessions will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked upon receipt of payment.
Emma will always seek to provide an optimum service. However, her tuition is only one part of your overall experience and approach to your studies. Therefore, she is not responsible for any grades received during the course of your studies or the overall outcome.
While Emma can assist with proofreading, she is not responsible for any errors in content. A professional proofreading service should be used if absolute accuracy is required.
